玻璃回收在荷蘭
荷蘭這個彈丸之國，在環保工作上是比起很多國家起步較早的。大約二十年前，在我們初到荷蘭海牙報到不久，便有玻璃空樽回收這個措施。在我們租住的公寓附近有個大型超級市場，門前有幾個巨型回收箱，方便市民前往購物時，一併把空樽帶回去投入箱內。這些回收箱分「無顏色」和「有顏色」兩類，入鄉隨俗：我們也跟著「綠」起來。後來搬到市中心附近,反而要走更遠的路去「投瓶」，幸好這個情況維持不久，沒多久，海牙政府便在區內附近路旁設有幾個「回收箱」，在全市眾多人口聚集點，分別設置回收站，方便市民。現在我們只走二三分鐘便可「投瓶」了。除了玻璃瓶回收箱外，還有廢紙回收箱。由於使用率非常高，政府派出回收車回收次數，由每週兩次增至現在的每週三或四次。

急需執樽義工
